Biography

Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2005 in the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Málaga, participating in teaching tasks as a student Collaborator and internal student. The research activity began in 2006 with the obtaining of a scholarship of Predoctoral Excellence of the Andalusian Government and with the PhD courses in Neuroscience in the Department of Human Physiology and Physical Activity and Sports Department of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Málaga. He obtained the doctoral thesis with European Mention in the year 2012, with Extraordinary prize and best Doctoral Thesis of Medicine of the year 2012 by the Official College of Physicians of Malaga. He has participated in many congresses of Physiology and Neuroscience of National and International relevance, and performed pre-doctoral and postdoctoral stays at the Karolinska Institute (Sweden). He has collaborated in Competitive Research Projects both National and And has published innovative scientific articles, with of Impact in Neuroscience. He has participated in different teacher training courses and Teaching innovation, also coordinating an Innovation project Educational Program on Formative Assessment of transversal competences in the University from Malaga. Since 2012 as Professor Assistant Doctor (credited to Professor Contractor Doctor) currently teaches in the degrees of Medicine, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Health Engineering, Podology and Speech Therapy, as well as in the courses of Doctorate "Neurosciences and their clinical applications" of the Department of Physiology Human and Physical Activity and Sport of the Faculty of Medicine of the Malaga University.
