Biography

My research activity began with the defense of the Bachelor Thesis in 2000 entitled "Hemispheric asymmetry in the processing of global and local features of visual information. Since 2003, I have investigated the psychological aspects associated with donation and transplantation of organs and tissues.This work was the defense of the Doctoral Thesis in 2005 entitled "FORMATIVE PROGRAM IN DONATION AND TRANSPLANTATION OF ORGANS IN ADOLESCENTS". After a brief stay at the Jaume I University in Castellón under the tutelage of Dr. Jesús Rosel Remirez, I have specialized in Multi-Level Regression Analysis, generating a large number of papers presented at both National and International Congresses. In turn, my research activity focuses on Structural Equation Models and Statistical Simulation. In relation to the teaching activity, I taught the subjects "Methodology and Data Analysis in Speech Therapy", "Program Evaluation" and "Single Case Designs", in the Diploma in Speech Therapy, "PsyStatistics", "Techniques of Multivariate Analysis I "," Psychometry "" Experimental Methodology "in the Psychology Degree. In the degree of Psychology I have given "Research Methodology and Statistics II" and "Experimental Methodology". Also, since November 2008 I am a professor-tutor of the UNED in the Centro Asociado María Zambrano de Málaga, in various degrees such as Psychology, Pedagogy and Social Education. The evaluation of the teaching activity has been rated as "Excellent" in the evaluation report of the University of Málaga and scored with 4.05 points out of 5 in the survey of the teaching activity carried out by the students in the course 07-08.
