Biography
Cristina Rosell del Valle has a degree in Biology from the University of Seville. Since 2010 she has been incorporated in the University of Málaga and is part of the Psychobiology Area, where she began her research career in 2010 in the group of Dr. Luis J. Santín thanks to the scholarship of the Andalusian Government for training of teaching staff and predoctoral researcher in areas of deficient knowledge. Previously, she received the UNIVERSEM scholarship in 2009 to work at the Center for Vision and Vascular Science at Queen's University of Belfast under the supervision of Professor Alan W. Stitt. Her teaching activity has been developed mainly in the University of Malaga, where she has taught in subjects of the Psychobiology Area in the Degree of Psychology. Her main line of research focuses on the study of the role of lipid transmitters in adult neurogenesis and behavior.
