Biography

Diploma in Computer Science (1992), Computer Engineering (1996) and Doctor in Computer Engineering (2000) by the University of Málaga. Since 1996, he has been successively Research Fellow, Assistant Professor of Faculty and E.T.S., Associate Professor Doctor and (since 2003) Full Professor of University in the Department of Computer Architecture. He teaches or has taught, among other subjects, "Computer Technology", "Computer Structure", "Distributed Architectures", "Operating Systems" and "Real Time Operating Systems" in E.T.S.I Informática and E.T.S.I. Industrial. His research focuses on parallel programming models, performance optimization, programming in GPUs and multiprocessor architectures.
