Biography
Graduated in the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Granada in the 1992 and the Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery in 1996 in the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Malaga. In 1997 she was a Fellow of the University of Málaga with charge to the group of the Junta de Andalucía 3079. Between the years 1998-2000 realized his postdoctoral stay in the Karolinska Institute (Sweden), with grants from the postdoctoral program abroad of the Ministry of Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and the National Institute of Health (NIH) interaction of receptors at the level of the Central Nervous System. Since that date he works in the line of investigation: Neurochemistry of the transmission in the Nervous System Central: Functional implications of neuropeptides. In 2001, the Department of Human Physiology was reinstated first as Associate Professor and in 2004 as Professor Contractor Doctor. Since the year 2008 until today she is Professor of this area.
