Biography
Director of Investigations Faculty Political Science, Government and International Relations. Professor of career in the area of ​​International Relations and director of research. He got his PhD. In International Studies at the University of Miami and his Masters in Latin American Studies at Georgetown University. Before joining the Universidad del Rosario, she was a full professor at Universidad de los Andes, and has also been a teacher and researcher at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She is a founding member and president of the Colombian Network of International Relations; Associate editor of Foreign Policy Analysis magazine; Member of the editorial committees of the journals International Studies Quarterly, Review of International Studies and Global Society; And co-editor of the Routledge series of books, Worlding beyond the West. In addition to his academic activities, he is a weekly columnist for the newspaper El Espectador.
