Biography

Doctor in Law and Master in International Law from the Complutense University of Madrid - Spain, Master in Administrative Law and lawyer at the University of Rosario - Colombia. At the present time, I work as a principal professor of academic career in the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the University of Rosario, where besides being the Coordinator of the Administrative Law Area, I teach different courses at the undergraduate, specialization and masters levels. Likewise, I have worked as a legal assistant to the International Commission on Missing Persons, as an intern in the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, an advisor at the University of the Forest and a Consultant. I was also a fellow of the Carolina Foundation of Spain. I was awarded by the Junior Chamber International of Colombia as one of the ten outstanding young people of Colombia. And distinguished with the prestigious military medal "Faith in the Cause" of the National Army of Colombia, for my contribution to human rights.

Public Law, International Human Rights Law, Transitional Justice, Reparations, Forced Disappearance of Persons, Constitutional Rights, State Structure.
