Biography
Engineer Food, Environment and Health, MBA, PhD in Economics from the University of Wuppertal in Germany and Post-doctorate in political {C} {C} {C} {C} energy of the Royal Institute of Swedish Technology (KTH) . Clara has more than 10 years of professional experience working as a teacher and researcher in several national universities and international organizations, a consultant for various public and private sectors on issues related to management systems HSEQ (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001), energy management (ISO 50001) and cleaner production (this includes design, development, implementation, and auditing systems management, development and training management systems), researcher at the Institute Wuppertal in Germany and Swedish Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) (with an emphasis on energy efficiency in the industrial sector using econometric analysis with software such as Eviews, Stata, SPSS and EMS). Has made several international publications and evaluator for various international journals.
