Biography
Colombian political scientist and Master in Political and International Studies of the Universidad del Rosario. Lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science, Government and International Relations. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Political Science at Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada). He has been coordinator of the Research and International Dynamics research line, which groups the research projects of the Faculty in International Relations. Author and co-author of the books Security in Democracy in Latin America (2005), Security, Democracy and Democratic Security (2007), and Canada and International Security: Liberal and Realistic Discourses of an Average Power in Transformation (2017).
