Biography
She is a Professional in Finance and International Relations of the Externado University of Colombia, with a Master's Degree in European Business from the Grande École de Commerce in Paris ESCP and the European School of Management (Paris and Oxford Campus). Currently holds a PhD in Political Studies from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. It is dedicated to the study of the political and international dynamics of Venezuela, and of the neighborhood with Colombia. This interest led, in 2004, to the creation of the Venezuela Observatory under his leadership. The Colombian-Venezuelan Studies Network coordinates in Colombia.
