Magister in Analysis of Contemporary Political, Economic and International Problems of the Externado University of Colombia, Lawyer and specialist in Constitutional Law of the Universidad del Rosario. Degree in Philosophy and History of the University of Santo Tomas. Fellow of the Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies - National Defense University. Professor of the Diplomatic Academy of San Carlos, of the School of Intelligence and Counterintelligence of the Army, and of the Superior School of War of Colombia.
