Biography
Degree in which he teaches: Undergraduate | Specialization | Master's Degree: Lawyer, Sociologist and Master in Administrative Law at the Universidad del Rosario. He obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies in Administrative Law DEA at the University of Salamanca (Spain). He is also a Doctor of Administrative Law from the University of Salamanca (Spain) and Doctor of Comparative and European Legal Studies from the Università degli Studi di Trento (Italy). In 2011 he obtained the European Doctor Mention and the qualification of summa cum laude for his doctoral thesis.
