Biography

Full Professor of Career. PhD in Political Science, Oxford University, England where he studied the subjects of police and citizen security. He obtained a master's degree in public administration from the ENA (École Nationale d'Administration) in France. He also holds a master's degree in business administration from Laval University in Canada and a master's degree in political science from the Universidad de Los Andes. He served as director of the Master's in Political and International Studies; University of the Rosary, and as director of the Master's Degree in Security and Defense of the Superior School of War of Colombia and adviser of the Ministry of Defense of his country. He has been professor of plant of the Colombian universities Rosario, Andes and Javeriana. In the latter he served as director of the department of political science.
