Biography
Level in which he dictates: Recruited Officer of the National Army. He held the positions of: Director of the War Superior School, inspector general of the Armed Forces, Commander of the National Army, Commander General of the Armed Forces and ambassador to the Government of the Hellenic Republic in Athens. Professor of the Superior School of War of the Chairs Strategic Planning, Operations and Decision-Making Process. He has been professor of the universities: Sergio Arboleda, CESA and Universidad del Magdalena. He is currently Professor and Researcher of the Faculty of Political Science, Government and International Relations of the Universidad del Rosario. Research in progress: It is linked to the Regional and International Security line of the Center for Political and International Stages CEPI.
