Experience in the area of ​​Community Mental Health with Vulnerable Populations and early childhood and childhood. It seeks to develop knowledge about Mental Health from the Public Health Perspective, unveil its logic, in the perspective of social determination by conditions of Victims of Violence, in particular displacement or migration with a differential approach, guided by Foucault's Bio-Political Perspective seeks to problematize the rights and equity approach as a regulatory ethic for Public Mental Health.
