Biography
Public Administrator, with specialization in Urban and Regional Planning, from the School of Public Administration, ESAP; Master in Management and Analysis of Public Policies, University of Geneva (Switzerland); and Ph.D. in Geography at the University of Warsaw. Skills acquired for teaching, consulting and research within the areas of interest, for which I have developed strengths in the management of methodologies of social intervention and spatial and territorial analysis. Professor at the undergraduate and postgraduate level at the Universities of Rosario, Javeriana, EAN, ESAP, FLACSO (Quito), Central Cuenca (Ecuador), Pedagogical University of Honduras, and Panamerican Agricultural School, Zamorano (Honduras). Consultant of local, regional and national governments, as well as cooperation agency such as GTZ and UNDP. I belong to the National Association of Regional Urban Researchers, ACIUR, the Colombian Association of Regional and Urban Studies, ASER, the Ibero-American Globalization and Territories Network, and the Global Network of Territorial Intelligence, INTI.
