Professional practice as a consultant at the IDB and the World Bank (Washington DC), as a visiting professional at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy (Cambridge, Massachusetts), as city planner (public office) in Strategic Operations and Manager of the 2003 POT Review in the Secretariat of District Planning (Bogotá, Colombia). Public Policies of Habitat and Territorial Ordering. Research Line of the Center for Political and International Studies CEPI - Theory and Practice of Public Policies. Study the interaction between three areas of public policy and its territorial effects i) Integral Urban and Neighborhood Improvement, ii) Land Management for Social Housing and iii) New Social Housing Production.
