Biography
Lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science, Government, and International Relations of the Universidad del Rosario. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Potsdam (Germany), a Master's in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University (USA) and a Ph.D. in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science ( United Kingdom). He worked three years at the World Bank in Washington and at the Overseas Development Institute in London. Director of Postgraduate Studies (Master's and Ph.D. in Political and International Studies) in the Faculty and Editor of Desafíos magazine, published by the Group of Political and International Studies of the Universidad del Rosario.
