Physics and Mathematics from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá, MS in physics from the University of Puerto Rico and Doctor of the University of Lehigh, Pennsylvania, USA. Former President of the National University of Colombia. Professor of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Rosario. Member of the Ethics Committee, Marly Clinic in Bogota, DC, Colombia Member of the Scholarship Program, Fulbright Commission, Colombia Founder and member of the International Committee of the Regional Postgraduate Program in Biophysics (Latin America), 2007-Present.
