Biography
Principal Professor of Carrera. PhD in Economic Sciences, Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes Université Paris 8, France. Political scientist at the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris. He has been a professor at the Universities of the Andes, Externado de Colombia, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Universidad del Norte de Barranquilla. Professor of the Diplomatic Academy of San Carlos and of the Superior School of War. Former advisor to the Peace Office of the Presidency of the Republic and the Public Defender's Office. Former Fellow of the Center for Hemispheric Studies at the University of Washington. He was invited professor at the Universities of Miami and Tolosa.
