PhD in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences (Pompeu Fabra University). Former Deputy Chief of Staff of the Nation. Former Deputy Prosecutor before the Court of Justice and Peace with functions as Permanent Criminal Adviser of the Attorney General of the Nation. Lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario. Specialist in Criminal Investigation (EGSAN). Specialization Course in Stock Market Operations (CESA, INCOLDA, BVC). Diploma of Advanced Studies in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences (Pompeu Fabra University and University of Barcelona). Invited Researcher at the Institute for Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Albert-Ludwig University in Freiburg i. Br. (Germany). Visiting researcher at the Max Plank Institute for Foreign Criminal Law and International Criminal Law (Freiburg i. Br., Germany). DAAD Fellow. Fellow Colfuturo. Scholar, professor of academic career, investigator of the criminal area and director of the line of investigation in economic criminal law of the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the College Colegio Mayor of Our Lady of the Rosary.
