Biography
PhD in political science from the University of Paris III - Sorbonne Nouvelle (Theses on the transformations of populism in Latin America adopted in 2009 with the congratulations of the jury). DESS (Master's) in international exchanges Europe - Latin America (CEPAL practice report in Santiago de Chile) from the Institute of Higher Studies for Latin America (IHEAL) at the University of Paris III - Sorbonne Nueva. Politologist at Sciences Po Bordeaux. Professor and researcher of the Faculty of Political Science, Government and International Relations of the Universidad del Rosario since 2010. He has been coordinator of the Master's program in analysis of political, economic and international problems of the San Carlos Diplomatic Academy and the Universidad Externado de Colombia between 2005 and 2008. He has also been a professor and researcher at the Externado University of Colombia between 2002 and 2009.
