Biography
Professor Raúl González Fabre SJ is a civil engineer from UCAB (Caracas), an industrial engineer from UNED (Madrid) and PhD in Philosophy from Simón Bolívar University (Caracas). He has worked as a teacher in Venezuela, the United States and Spain, and as an official of the Jesuit Refugee Service in Venezuela, Zambia and Italy. He currently teaches Economic Ethics (Business, Marketing, Finance) at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. He is the author of books such as: Justice in the Market. The foundation of market ethics in Francisco de Vitoria (1998); Ethics and economics (2005); and co-author of Ethics and Corporate Responsibility (2013); and Ethics of finance (2015). He is particularly interested in the meaning of justice in economics and the use of computer simulations to explore the contact between Microeconomics and Ethics
