Biography
Internationalist Pre- university of the University of Rosario, master's degree in International Relations and International Security of the Institute of Political Studies of Toulouse and in Geopolitics of the French Institute of Geopolitics of Paris of the University Paris 8. Aspirante to Doctorate in Political Science at the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse I in France. Professor of the Faculty of Political Science and Government and International Relations of the Rosary. He worked as advisor to the Secretary General of UNASUR (2014-2016), and of the Scenarios Corporation.
