Biography
Jordi Escartín Solanelles is associated professor in the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Barcelona. He has participated in various competitive research projects and teaching innovation projects. His main lines of research concern workplace mobbing, gender and leadership, organizational climate, intercultural perceptions, flow and human strengths. His more than fifty publications include 15 articles in ISI journals, as well as three scientific/academic books. He is a staff researcher at the Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour (IR3C), as well as a member of the Invictus Group for Research on Psychological Violence.
