Biography
Mireia is an Associate Professor at IESE Business School where she serves as the Research Director of the International Center for Work and Family. She got her degree on Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic School of Catalonia, specializing on Industrial Organization, in Barcelona-Spain, and holds an MBA from IESE Business School, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Boston University. In 2009 she has co-edited a book on work family, A Practical Guide for Implementing Effective Work Family Policies Across Countries, and she has published other articles in work family integration, career development and leadership. She is involved in an international project of Career Management, and she is also working on different projects that focus on Career Management, Dynamism of Career Success and its interplay with Work and Family Integration. She is an active consultant and coach in the area of Work Family Balance and Career Development for NCH&Partners.
