Biography

     Academic Background: Graduated in Medicine and Surgery by the Faculty of Medicine of Málaga, 1993-1999  Specialty Residence: Internal Physician Resident of the Internal Medicine Service of the Virgen de la Victoria University Hospital of Málaga (2001-2006).  Third Cycle Studies: Doctoral Program 2002-2004. Program: Internal Medicine. Coordinator: Dr. Pedro González Santos. Department of Medicine (University of Málaga). Research Line: Arteriosclerosis. Cardiovascular Prevention.  Participation as a researcher in 2004 in the multicentric study MÉRITO 1 and 2 organized by the Working Group on Cardiovascular Risk of the Spanish Society of Internal Medicine and the Spanish Society of Angiology and Vascular Surgery. Experience  Specialist in Internal Medicine in the Comarcal Hospital of the Axarquía of Velez-Málaga (from July 20 to August 1, 2006).  Specialist in Internal Medicine at Vithas Xanit International Hospital (since August 1, 2006)
