Biography
Spanish and American lawyer, he is a member of the New York Bar Association and MBA by Instituto de Empresa Business School. Ballesteros is founding partner and Vivia Biotech’s CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors at ASEBIO, the Spanish Association of Biotechnology Companies. Andrés worked as finance and corporate lawyer in New York at Hunton & Williams LLP, and was the firm’s representative before the Spanish Chamber of Commerce. Previously Andres was part of the Legal Department and of the Latin-American Structured Finance Group at Bank Santander in New York. Andrés is an International MBA from Instituto de Empresa (Madrid), and Master (LLM) in Bank, Corporate and Financial Law BY Fordham University School of Law, New York.
