1. Investigations on the feasibility of using hydroponics for horticultural and medicinal crops. 2. Comparing the effects of coir-pitch compost along with locally used fertilizers on the growth and yield of onion (Allium cepa L.). 3. Efficiency of organic fertilizers in the growth and yield of tomato and chilli. 4. Investigations on the effects of environmental influence on physiological parameters of horticultural plants of export significance. 5. Investigations on source-sink relationships of plant species of agricultural, horticultural and economic importance.
