Keerthi Bandara

Biography

Mr. Keerthi Banda was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in 2010 and functions as the Acting Chairman of the Audit Committee of LHI. Currently, he is the Chief Financial Officer of Loadstar (Pvt) Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Camoplast Solideal Inc of Canada, since 2005. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Camoplast Solideal GIT (Pvt) Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Camoplast Solideal Inc. Mr. Bandara counts over 22 years of experience in the manufacturing sectors, covering Tiles, Apparel and Tyres. He held positions in the field of Finance and also in the field of Auditing. He also served as the Manager Finance and Administration at LHI from 2004 to 2005. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
