P.H.P. Prasanna is currently working as a lecturer in Department of Animal and Food Sciences in Rajarata University Sri Lanka.
Research Interest
Application of probiotics in different food systems, Microencapsulation of probiotics, Characterization of microbiological, rheological and textural properties of dairy products, Isolation and characterisation of exopolysaccharide from bacteria, Characterisation of different emulsions.
