Mr.mahinda Samarasekera

Biography

Mr.Mahinda Samarasekera Consultant Bachelors’ Degree in Arts-B.A. from the University of Ceylon, Peradeniya and Post graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the PIM of University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He was a member of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service and the Sri Lanka Foreign service with a wide range of experience in his tenure office for   the last 37 years in the capacity of public and development administrator managing diverse areas in these sectors.  This includes rural development, project management, organizational restructuring, health management, agrarian service development, Counseling in the Diplomatic Service etc. Following are the Senior Positions he has held in his career:, Additional Secretary of Highways,Commisioner of Agrarian Services, Director General of Mahaweli Authority of Sri Lanka.
