Biography
Bachelors’ Degree in Arts-B.A. from the University of Ceylon, Peradeniya and Post graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the PIM of University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He was a member of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service and the Sri Lanka Foreign service with a wide range of experience in his tenure office for the last 37 years in the capacity of public and development administrator managing diverse areas in these sectors.
