Research study –“The Use of Existential Theory of Counselling in Preventing of Suicide“ PhD ( Aug.2008 – 2011 Aug) , University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India Research study –“Determining Performance Indicators and Measuring Performance of Management Programmes in Sri Lankan Universities.” Dual Master Degree (Sep 2001- Dec 2003) 1. Master of Business Administration (International Business), School of Management, Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. Research Study -“Employer needs and graduate skills: The gap between employer expectations and job expectations of Sri Lankan university graduates “. The study was awarded an “Excellent” grade. 2. Master of European Business (MEB), ESCP-EAP, European School of Management, Oxford, U.K. Company Project- “Pettywood and Company-UK, Consulting Project on marketing research and future strategic development for the company.” Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours), University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. Work Experience Before joining the University of Kelaniya, I severed at Auditor Generals’ Department as an Audit Examiner ( 1999 May- Aug 2001).
