Dr.Pramodh Chitral Chandrasinghe is working as an Lecturer in the Department of Surgery, University of Kelaniya, Srilanka. His Research Interests: Colorectal cancer Familial adenomatous polyposis coli Awards: Dr.H.M.De Zoysa memorial Gold Medal for MD (Surgery) part II – Presented by the College of Surgeons of Sri Lanka - 2014 Gold Medal for the Best Student of the PGIM for the Year 2014 Vrasapillei Gabriel Memorial Gold Medal for Surgery 2014 Professor Milroy Paul Gold Medal for Clinical Surgery 2014 International Surgical Association (ISS) foundation travel scholar award for the International Surgical Week 2013, Helsinki, Finland Best overall paper award at the Annual Academic Sessions of the Sri Lanka College of Surgeons 2012. Best Young Researcher award at the 11th SAARC Surgical Society International Conference 2011, Lahore, Pakistan Young Investigator of the Year, 2011 (S.E Senevirathne award) at the Annual Academic Sessions of the Sri Lanka College of Surgeons 2011 Dr. Harrolod Gunson Fellowship for the XXth Regional Congress of the International Society of Blood Transfusion 2009, in Nagoya, Japan. Gold Medal in Anesthesia awarded by the Sri Lanka College of Anesthesiologists 2006 Prof. Carlo Fonseka Gold Medal 2006 Most Ven. K.
