Prof. N. G. J. Dias is working as an Faculty of Computing & Technology in the Department of Computer Systems Engineering in University of Kelaniya. His Teaching Subjects are in the Field of Data Structures and Algorithms Computer Graphics, Data Communication and Networks, Computer Architecture and Organization, Multimedia Systems Development, Cyber Security, Formal Methods and Software Verification, Deductive Reasoning and Logic Programming, Theory of Automata, Theory of Computability and Complexity, Wireless Communication, and Visual Programming.
Research Interest
Improving the quality of Part of Speech (POS) tagger for Sinhala Language, Development of Software and Hardware Systems to eliminate digital divide within illegible and Use of Deep Unsupervised Neural Networks for Human Gesture Recognition.
