Biography
Dr. Nirosh Jayaweera is a Senior Lecturer in this Department, who joined the University staff in December, 2011. He is a PhD (Advanced Manufacturing specialised in Robotics and Aerospace), MSc (Manufacturing Systems Engineering), BSc (Mechanical Engineering) graduate with over six years of post-doctoral research expertise in the development of robotic and automated systems for aerospace industry including Airbus, Rolls Royce, Bombardier Aerospace and Volvo Aero Corporation. He also has over four years of industry experience in vast area of Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering.
