Research Interest

Investigations on carbon compartmentalization and source-sink relationships of plant species of agricultural, horticultural and economic significance. Investigations on the effect of moisture stress and drought resistance of plant species. Investigations on the feasibility of using hydroponics for horticultural and medicinal crops. Investigations on the effect of environmental influence on physiological parameters of horticultural plants of export significance. Investigations on the use of in vitro techniques as a tool in plant physiology for plant improvement. Investigations on effective and efficient strategies for development of teaching and learning in higher education institutes.
