Dr. Hemachandra, KS received his B.Sc. in Agriculture from University of Peradeniya in 1987. He obtained M.Phil. degree in 1994 from University of London working in the area of Biological control of insect pests. Ph.D. degree was awarded from University of Manitoba, Canada working in the area of Biological control of insect pests. He joined the Dept. of Agricultural Biology, Faculty of Agriculture in 1990 and currently serving as the Head / Agric. Biology.
