PhD :In Physics from the City University of NewYork (CUNY), USA in 1996;BSc :Special in Physics from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka in 1985.
Research Interest
Thin films experimental and theoretical, magnetic and semiconducting thin films, gas Sensors, photovoltaic applications and carbon nanotubes.
