Research Interest
Integration of outputs of computational genomics with biological information derived from forward and reverse genetic, biochemical, and physiological studies to assemble the hierarchical organization of the stress response transcriptional networks of Rice , Sorghum bicolor, Arabidopsis thaliana and Brachypodium distachyon.
