Research Interest
Isolation and separation of bio active compounds from poultry eggs and fresh water fish; Development of functional food to control type II diabetics and obesity; Development of value added products from poultry eggs and fresh water fish; Identifying natural antioxidants from livestock products; Identifying hazard points in food processing and minimizing the hazards with cost effective methods.
