Biography
Dr. Prathapasinghe is a Veterinary Surgeon, graduated from the faculty of Veterinary Medicine & Animal Science, University of Peradeniya in 1998. He started his carrier as an academic attached to the Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Medicine Peradeniya where he worked as an Assistant Lecturer since 1999 through 2001. Afterwards, he joined the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka as an Assistant Lecturer, in year 2001. He successfully completed His MSc in Biochemistry on commonwealth scholarship program in 2005 at the Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada followed by his PhD in Animal Science in 2008 at St. Boniface General Hospthe University of Manitoba, Canada. Dr. Prathapasinghe is a Veterinary Surgeon, graduated from the faculty of Veterinary Medicine & Animal Science, University of Peradeniya in 1998.
