LL.B : (Second Class Honours, Upper Division) CambridgeUniversity, 1967. Ph.D. :CambridgeUniversity, 1972 Title of Thesis: “Some Aspects relating to the Protection Minority Shareholders in England and United States”. MEMBERSHIPS * Member of the Sudanese Bar Association : 1974 * Member of the Senate, University of Khartoum : 1973-1977 * Member of the Sudanese Law Revision Committee:1974-1976 EMPLOYMENT Oct. 65 – June 67 Appointed as a Tutor in the Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum and was sent for Higher Studies to Cambridge University during the said period. July 67 – Sep 68 Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum lecturing in the subjects of Contracts and Personal Oct 68 – June 72 Sent by University of Khartoum to Cambridge University and obtained my Ph.D in Company Law. July 72 – April 77 Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum. May 77 – Oct 97 Joined the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Riyadh as a Legal Advisor. The SFD is the main channel through which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia extends loans to developing countries for development projects in various sectors
