Biography
Since then he has held various roles at Bayer including Business Group Representative in Consumer Care for East Africa, Poland's Country Division Head for Bayer Consumer Care and Senior Vice-President for the Europe and Middle East, Russia, and Asia. Michael received his bachelor's degree at the University of Birmingham, UK and his MBA from the University of Paris. He also studied Executive Leadership at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
