Ms. Nomavuso Patience Mnxasana, B.Com, B.Compt (Hons), CA(SA), served as Group Audit and Risk Head at Imperial Holdings Limited (Imperial Group) from March 2006 to September, 2010. Ms. Mnxasana has experience in Corporate Governance, Auditing & Risk Management. Ms. Mnxasana implemented risk management both locally and internationally. She introduced Training Outside Public Practice (TOPP) within Imperial Group. She was a Senior Partner of Sizwe Ntsaluba VSP. As a Partner on the Transnet audit, she was a part of the team involved in corporatization exercise of SAA and Transwerk Foundries (Pty.) Ltd. She was employed at Sizwe Ntsaluba VSP. During her tenure at Sizwe Ntsaluba, she specialized in consulting, internal auditing and the attest functions.  She was a Council Member of International Aviation Council and performed Corporate Governance and Forensic Assignments for the National Electricity Regulatory, State Information Technology Agency and Hlano Financial Services. She completed her articles. Ms. Mnxasana is a Chartered Accountant. She holds a B.Compt. and Hons. degree from the University of South Africa.
