Gerard A. Martino, also known as Jerry, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Caris Life Sciences, Inc. Mr. Martino served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Miraca Life Sciences, Inc. (formerly Caris Diagnostics, Inc.) since October 2009 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Par Pharmaceutical Companies Inc. from March 16, 2006 to June, 2007 and as its Vice President until March 16, 2006. Mr. Martino served as the Chief Operating Officer of Par Pharmaceutical Companies Inc. from June 2007 to October 2008 and as its Executive Vice President from March 16, 2006 to October, 2008.
