Nineteen years ago, He took my first job out of graduate school at Louis Dreyfus Company. He has been here ever since! What’s kept me here for so long? Our culture of entrepreneurship, delivery to high standards and support for career progression. The multinational nature of his role and of this company has afforded me the opportunity to work in two different regions and five different countries. Working here has been enjoyable and educational, not only for him, but also for my family. The experiences we’ve had abroad have enriched our lives.
