Mr. P. Mpho Makwana, BAdmin (Hons), EDP, serves as the Chairman of ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited. Mr. Makwana is the Founder and Chairman of Epitome Investments (Pty) Ltd., and serves as Chairman and Trustee of various boards and organisations including The New LoveLife Trust, The Brand Union (Pty) Ltd., ITNA (Pty) Ltd., Biotherm Energy (Pty) Ltd., LR Management (Pty) Ltd., and Trustee of the Vumelana Transaction Advisory Fund. He served as the Chairman of Eskom during 2010 and 2011 and served as a Member of Eskom's Board of Directors for almost nine years. Mr. Makwana has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of enX Group Limited since February 12, 2014 and has been its Lead Independent Non-Executive Director since November 18, 2014.
