Biography
Markus obtained the Law degree from the University of Zürich and is a qualified Barrister. He is also notary public in the Kanton of St. Gallen. Markus is specialized in Swiss commercial and economic codes; establishment and transfer of legal entities. He is a member of various Boards of Directors, e.g. in packaging-, refinement-, construction-, wood- and pharma industries, banking, (private equity). In addition, general civil code, including insurance, and third-party liability and coaching of succession planning.
